The final in a series of 3 Autumn talk by the Cork Food Policy Council takes place on Tuesday 24th November at 7pm on the top floor of the upstairs restaurant at the Quay CoOp. This is a FREE event, all are welcome & Joseph Desmond may even bring a sample of his delicious goats cheese, a recent Gold winner of the Blas na hEireann, Irish Food Awards
Joseph will talk about the transition of the farm from traditional farming to an organic farm concentrating on goats cheese and the rearing of rare cow breeds.
