Last year The Environmental Forum was awarded 2 year sustainable transport thematic funding from the Irish Environmental Network to expand the work of the Transport & Mobility Forum (TMF) in Cork.

Spearheaded by our new Project Development Officer Theo Dillon we have now set up TMFs in Limerick andWaterford with the goal of creating a national network to shape the development of regional sustainable transport policy in Ireland

With the new Regional TMFs now having been established we will now be focusing on ensuring they grow independent of our support and that the network is officially recognised by the NTA and Department of Transport.
