National Walking Week Mindful Otter Walk

Sep 22, 7:00pm

Grand Parade Cork

Monday is Mindful Walking Day, and nothing is more magical than seeing an otter or seal in the heart of the city, and you can see them most days if you know what you’re looking for. But you also have to accept that they appear when they want to, and you have no control over if they decide to come out and frolic today.
So while we wait to see if the otters will appear, we can see & hear the story of miniature natural wildernesses hidden in the cracks & hollows of the quay walls of Cork. If the weather is right as we might also go late enough to see the city’s bats coming out for the night.
Learn how nature finds a way and thrives even in the heart of the city.

Free, funded by Get Ireland Walking & Cork Sports Partnership as part of National Walking Week.
